Welcome Home

We are so glad to have Jess home for his two weeks of leave. He arrived on Friday the 15th. The girls have been making preparations for weeks making sure that he had lots of surprises waiting for him. Everything we did were their ideas from the sign on the front door, to the presents, to the cake. The surprise they worked the hardest on was the many hearts made out of all their artwork over the last month or so and then taped all over the wall above the bed. Reanne said that would help dad think about how much we loved him every time he went to bed. They really are very sweet aren't they.

It only took about an hour before they were used to dad being home again and back to all the normal dad activities. They are in heaven and so is Jess. I only wish I could keep him here for good. Oh well. We will take what we can get.

So glad he's home and he can help out as you recover. Grant looks like Jess. And Oliver looks like Jeremie. I don't think I'll ever get a kid that looks like me. *whine*
Too bad I wasn't in town, we could have been buddies in the hospital. We delivered about 16 hours apart!

Welcome home Jess! Too bad it isn't for good just yet!! Kristy, the girls did an amazing job on their decorations! That was so cute of them to come up with all of those ideas! Have fun while Jess is here and I hope you guys enjoy every minute of it!
